UNO maintains direct, bilateral exchange programs with partner institutions in as many as eleven countries. Bilateral exchange programs allow the partner institutions to "swap" or "exchange" students. The students pay tuition at their home institution, then attend the host institution abroad. Such exchanges require that the number of students going from each institution remains the same over a three-year period. The financial benefit for UNO students going on these exchanges for either a semester or academic year is clear: students pay UNO tuition (well known to be a bargain on the national tuition scale) and they can apply federal financial aid to those fees.

The educational benefits are priceless: studying abroad will change your life!

Outgoing students: If you would like to go to one of UNO's partner institutions, click on the country of your choice in the menu above to get information on each partnership. Once you know which program(s) you are interested in, click here for more info, including application instructions and the link to our online application.

NOTE: students are responsible for adhering to the deadlines set by their overseas institution of choice. While UNO ISEP does not set a deadline for outgoing students, students must be aware that there ARE deadlines for the schools to which they are applying. See Program Dates for more info.
